Well, Ethan is at it again. He went and did so good on his math tests that his teacher has put him in ACCELERATED MATH. It's a math group made up of 4th and 5th graders that basically can do their math work without the help of a teacher. They meet together outside of the classroom and work on math problems together, and when they need help they have to problem solve together as a group and only ask for adult help as a last resort. It's such a good self-esteem builder for Ethan, and he really enjoys helping the other kids in the group. He has also been a TOP-OUT SPELLER, which means that so far this year he has gotten an "A" on every spelling test, so his teacher has excused him from spelling homework for the rest of the school year! I couldn't be more proud of him. Way to go, Ethan!!
