Anyone want some chocolate cupcake batter? Something as simple as making cupcakes is a huge hit with the kids. Faith and a couple of the boys I babysit sat down with me in the kitchen today to make some chocolate cupcakes. They all got to take turns mixing the batter ( strangely enough neither of them asked to lick the bowl...so yours truly got to do it!). Faith's favorite thing to do is to turn the light on in the oven and watch them rise. On a cool day like today, nothing was better than to turn on the oven and wait for my house to start smelling like chocolate cake.
